Hummingbird Lodge

The Hummingbird Lodge Forest & RV Campground offers a peaceful camping experience just 20 minutes outside of beautiful Nelson, BC. Both the Forest & RV Campgrounds are open in the summer, and the RV Campground remains open throughout the winter season. Enjoy unmatched opportunities for getting above the tree line via the 13 hiking trails that loop up and around the peaks in the area. Campground amenities includes fire pits, picnic tables, showers, flush toilets, and an indoor dishwashing station with hot water. We offer 6 Serviced RV Sites with 30-amp electrical hookups as well as 4 Unserviced RV Sites. These are back-in sites with a maximum RV length of 35′. Slide-outs can be accommodated on both sides. All sites can be booked in advance and are also open for walk-in reservations, pending availability.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS: Driving south from Nelson along Highway 6, turn left onto Whitewater Ski Hill Road. Continue until the end of the road and then turn left at the sign for the Hummingbird Lodge.
